Though still suspended in the inner space of insanity, he communicates with others and the world around him with the use his real voice – a Stratocaster. Although it first appears that the other members of Babalon are his captors and tormentors, upon closer examination the careful observer will notice the residue of Scott’s musical spell sitting like sleep in the corners of the eyes of his compatriots. It is a good spell and we have no desire to be free of it, or so he tells us. And we always believe what Scott tells us.
